Life’s journey can be filled with challenges, transitions, and moments of uncertainty. Whether you’re an individual feeling overwhelmed with a specific trauma, anxiety, depression, loss or difficult challenges in your life, or, you are simply looking to better understand yourself, my role as a counsellor is to walk beside you on this path to finding a way through, with kindness, empathy and support. I will hear you and guide you, without judgment.

Maybe you are a couple, wanting to improve your communication and work through your issues to find resolution and happiness; my role there would be to work with you to help your understanding of each other and to navigate the change that might be needed to rekindle happiness and find a better future together. Sometimes a reason for counselling is managing an amicable transition or ending, and couples might need support to reach that place in the best possible way.
I’m passionate about supporting individuals, and couples, as they navigate life’s complexities. With a focus on empathy, understanding, acceptance and support, I’m here to help you find the answers that are right for you.
I believe that we have the inner resources to create the changes we seek and am dedicated to helping you work through your issues, guiding you towards finding what it is you seek in your life and making the changes that you want.
